THe H80i is located in the top-rear with a push-pull config with the two included fans. I can place a 120mm fan in the bottom for technically excellent airflow but my graphics card is so wide it blocks the fan. I have two Fractal Design Silent Series fans at 800-1000 RPM one intake in the front (HDD cage occupies the 2nd spot) and one exhaust on the top. It does seem a bit strange the pump is running 3x hotter than the CPU itself in I have a Fractal Design R4 case. I'll contact the ones I bought it from and see if I can get it replaced. Your GPU is also a culprit in case temps. But there should be one tube with hot liquid (which goes into the radiator for it to absorb the heat transfer) and cooler liquid going into the pump. I've never really touched the tubes of my AIO H100i cooler. Fan management can drastically affect the temps of your case. If you haven't already, make sure the airflow is running in a healthy direction (I usually go intake in the front and exhaust diagonally towards the top and rear). I'm running an H100i and it's amazing how adding or subtracting a fan can affect anywhere from 6-10 degrees Celsius in your case.

What is your fan setup in your case? Something as basic as cable & airflow management can be a dealbreaker when it comes to case temperature. RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 MHz I ran the test a month ago and the temperatures weren't even near 80+.Ĭould it be that I have to apply new thermal paste? I haven't done so since Nov 2013.ĬPU: AMD FX-8350 4.00 GHz OC (Corsair H80i) Should the tubes get that hot? It reaches the above temperatures in just 30 seconds. H80i: 80-85 degrees Celsius (two Corsair fans running at 1500 RPM exhausting)ĪMD FX-8350: ramps up to 87 degrees Celsius and then I turn it off On running Uningine Valley Benchmark ( case completely open): H80i: 48-55 degrees Celsius (two Corsair fans running at 800-850 RPM exhausting) I couldn't boot my PC for another 20 minutes because it would just shut down on loading Windows. I then opened my case and the tubes were so hot I couldn't touch them. I ran into my first crash today playing CS: GO at everything maxed.
